I live for design and being involved in projects, but I still gotta put food on

the table, pay rent, and put clothes on my kids backs... and until I can do that

without paying for it out of my own pocket, I will have to charge for my Web

design work...

Then we're all screwed! Unless you live in a tribe in a remote area of the

Brazilian rain forest where the concept of money doesn't exist, money does

govern your life... Don't make any mistakes about it...

You're making it sound like it's a bad thing - being a whore that is - once you

start charging for the service you provide; whether it be Web design, sex,

taking pictures (photographer), upholding the law (police), assembly work (GM

auto manufacturers), etc... you're a whore... and you should take great pride in

it...  :-)


When I was young I thought money was the most important thing in life, now when

I'm older I know I was right.
