BUG in 5.0a? Mac

I just installed the update and started to play with version 5, finally!,

 and an odd cursor behavior happens when trying to move panel tabs in a

panel...  rather than move it, the cursor changes to a cross hair and

closes the tab and you cannot select and drag it to join another palette

or remove it from its current one.  I thought it was a Wacom problem but

it also occurs using a mouse.
