I don't think you did a proper MIME test.
The MIME is still not set despite what your service provider has said.
http://www.canfieldstudios.com/flash3/maskeras/index.html
It reads as File MIME Type: text/html
Your server seems to be Apache/1.2.6 Red Hat on Linux.

To test MIME you must use either use the Netscape method:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash/ts/documents/mimetype_check.htm
Note the swf file must be completely loaded before a proper reading is
made.

Or upload my Test files (or similar):
http://www.FlashCentral.com/Tech/Server/MIME_Test.htm
This works for all Flash browsers except MSIE 3+ Win95/98/NT

If the only browser you have is MSIE 3+ Win95/98/NT then you have to
rely on someone else to verify that the MIME is set.

Depending on the server software and procedure MIME settings may require
restarting the Web Service or rebooting the computer before the MIME
mapping takes effect.

BTW it works on my Netscape 4 but on my Netscape 3 there is no picture
and brings up a series of 4 error boxes from Packager. Just because it
works for you doesn't mean it is OK. There is no way o predict which
browsers will be affected and how.
