Subject: | FLASH: outline fonts problem (chinese fonts) |

Hi,
First of all, Happy New Year everybody !!
This topic has been discussed in this list..but at that time, i have not
encountered the problem, so didn't pay attention (sounds familiar huh :-p)
I am trying to input some chinese characters with my chinese software
(Twinbridge)
and the characters all looks ok during editing, but when I export to swf,
the characters
all squeezed together..?? or funny characters appeared..?? why ?
Sometimes I got alert message like "Some Characters could not convert to
outline, cos
the appropriate outline font is not available..."
May I know wat's the file extension type for the outline font files, is it
"FOT" or "FNT" ?
and where should I install this font to ? the windows/fonts directory ?
I am thinking, if I can't input the chinese character straight from Flash,
does it mean that
I have to create it in Photoshop and save as GIF file, then import to Flash
again...Oh Gosh
there's goes my deadline !!
Thanks,
mingo
