Hi Daniel,
Yes, it does. No server software that I know of comes with the Flash
MIME pre-mapped. If you are talking about www.descry.com, it does not
have the MIME set correctly for Flash yet (it supplies the file as
application/octet-stream).

You are using Server: Server: Microsoft-IIS/3.0 which requires a
registry change and a reboot for MIME to take effect.

For those who have upgraded to Server: Microsoft-IIS/4.0 MIME changes
are easier and take effect immediately without rebooting.
