This one uses a "content" argument, also, but don't use this for Flash
pages. This is typically used for reloading the entire image after a
certain number of seconds have elapsed (you know, like on those annoying
pages where it keeps reloading with a different color background each time)
-- would be nasty with SWF files; might not even finish playing before
being forced to reload. This one is also the one commonly used to
automagically redirect a user from one URL to another such as on a site
that has moved to a different domain.
