Input from a new guy to the list.
I just wanted to stress to anyone who is just getting started working the web. Good HTML skills are a must...whether your working with Flash or whatever, you'll need that HTML expertise sometime. As Angel said it's not that hard to pick it up and the more you use it the easier it gets....It seems like I learn some new trick all the time though...
Oh yea-
BBEdit is great. Try Homesite for PC.
