FLASH: FS Command to maximise browser flash window

Apologies if this question has appeared before, but.......


Could anyone tell me the best method for maximising a browser window

containing flash - so that the flash movie appears as a full screen, rather

than within a browser window. 


For a demonstration of this, have a look at:

...and click on full screen.
