I have wondered about this too but it seems, correct me if Im wrong someone
that if you force your movie to run at say 10fps or even slower, depending
on the amount of animation, you are more apt to be running it at a speed the
slower processor can handle. By doing this, you force the higher speed
processors to play it at the same fps and thus you have a more consistant
performance between computers. The set back is that 10 frames per second
may be choppy depending on what you are doing. This is no wonder since
regular video and such runs at 30 fps. In Europe its only 25 fps.
