I also see a problem with Site Help if you Mouse over it, it toggles
between (2?) images of the text.
Since we don't know the exact methods you used it is hard to see what is
wrong.
First are your buttons simple buttons?
In other words are you using any Movie Clips inside the Buttons or are
your buttons inside of Movie Clips.
Second are all of your buttons in one frame?
It seems like you have some kind of hierarchical framework for the
buttons.
