FLASH: rollover oddity

I have a home page with several rollovers.

But one of them is behaving pecularly.

the one on the right world-wide...


the rollover won't release unless you move your mouse up

if you move your mouse down it won't release.


Any suggestions?


This is only my 2nd flash project.
