in addition to the quality setting, you've got to optimize your movie if
you want it to play faster. 3fps tells me you've got too much going on.
Your images are too complex and/or you've got too much happening at once
and/or you've got it happening on too much screen area at once. Playback
in a smaller window will ease the processor load; that's the bandaid
approach, however. Select view>bandwidth profiler (set to frame-by-frame)
and do TestMovie and note in which frames the bottlenecks are. Then get in
there and optimize images, simplify tweening, redistribute activity over
the timeline, and retest. The more you do this the better you'll get at
knowing what Flash can handle.
