Subject: FLASH: File Size & .wav compression...
From: Moseley, Bryan

Two questions...

1. I've struggled with this before but never came to a conclusion...what
is a good file size to shoot for with flash movies over the internet,
and what is too big (see file sizes in question 2).

2. My movie has 2 sound tracks for the user to switch between. Right now
there at 11 khz stereo w/ 4 bit ADPCM compression which makes my movie
335 kb. At 5 khz the movie is 185 kb but the music doesn't sound nearly
as good. Is there a happy medium?

Thanks!
