This is not meant to offend anyone...but, I just literally laughed out loud
when I saw JC's post to the "new Flash guy"...

I'd wager every single one of us has been blasted by JC on our first
attempts at Flash!!

"Have your site administrator turn the Mime to Flash on your server"

1) White Text is too small

2) You should get your web server administrator to set the MIME type for
Flash. Meanwhile, please warn the list members when you post here that
the MIME is not set -- it has a tendancy to give erratic viewing results
and to crash browsers.

3) Nice use of color and sound.
