FLASH: preload movie

hi, 

  is it possible to preload a flash movie which does not  load as the

first movie , but will later be load by the "level 0" swf in the same

html document.

   i got this level 1 movie in pretty big size and it has to be running

right after my level 0 swf. so i hope everything can be preload before

the level 0 swf show up . 

   thanks 

  another question is , can i force flash to export image in the swf as

gif format.
