FLASH: Active X is not working....

Has anybody had weird things happen with internet explorer and opening a

flash movie with activex?  Can you force the user's internet explorer to use

java or the plug-in?  The error that i get is:  This page provides

potentially unsafe ActiveX controls that could be damaging to your computer.


Go figure, it worked fine just 2 hours ago.
