Arlen,
I believe that Randy is right. Here is the detail on changing your security
level in I.E. if you haven't already done so.
Right click on the I.E. desk-top icon and select "properties" or select
"internet options" under the "view" menu if I.E. is already opened. Choose
the "Security" tab from the from the "internet options" panel that appears.
Select either either "medium" or "low" for your security setting. Medium
will warn you that you are loading an ActiveX control and ask for your OK.
Low will not warn you - it will just be loaded. "Hi" - which your state
maybe set to now - will refuse to load any ActiveX control.
