Netscape4+ uses MARGINHEIGHT and MARGINWIDTH, while IE4+ uses TOPMARGIN,
BOTTOMMARGIN, LEFTMARGIN, RIGHTMARGIN. To accomodate both browsers, use: <BODY
MARGINWIDTH="0" MARGINHEIGHT="0" LEFTMARGIN="0" RIGHTMARGIN="0" TOPMARGIN="0"
BOTTOMMARGIN="0">
