I added the two BOTTOMMARGIN AND RIGHTMARGIN that I didn't have in the body
tag and it is still doing the same thing. And I might add that this page
looked fine when viewed in the previous 4.0 MIE for Mac. Now I have 4.5
for mac installed and I guess everyone else who does will be seeing the pg
incorrectly as well. Argh.
