FLASH: how to remove mc?

Hi everyone,


I have 3 buttons on the main timeline, every button plays a different movie,

after I click on one button the movie appears, but it doesn't disappears. If

I click on the next button the next movie clip appears but the old one would

still be there.


I am just learning about movie clips, can you please help me with this?


this is what the action looks like:



On (Release)

      Begin Tell Target ("/moviea")

            Remove Movie Clip ("/movieb")

            Go to and Play (2)

      End Tell Target

End On
