In order for the GetURL action to be able to send an email using the process Dorian described, your browser must be properly configured to connect to an email program. Check this by including a simple mailto: link in HTML on a web page and clicking on this link to send yourself a message. If you don't get a response from an HTML mailto: link, then a Flash mailto: link won't work either.
