It's actually just a PDF file on the upcoming documentation, and it's
called an "SDK" instead of "chapter". If you go the main Flash product page
on the Macromedia site, and click the "web printing" button, then that will
show the link for downloading this new chapter about printing.

(I don't yet know the detection mechanism in those particular test pages,
and so can't yet venture a good guess about Jeff's browser. If you're in a
Netscape browser, then entering the URL "about:plugins" will show which
version of the Flash Player the browser is currently using.)

NB: This r20 version has actually been distributed for a few weeks now...
it's just the documentation and announcement that are new this week.
Downloads are apparently just shy of a million a day now, so there's
already a bit of an installed base.
