Loads perfectly in NN4.0.8 Mac, NC 4.5.1 Mac G3 OS 9 and OS 8.6.


While not an absolute, many individual insallations of NC do better if 

the SWF is hosted in HTML


Another thing to try is just throwing up an equal-sized JPG (about 100k), 

and see if she gets similar errors. If so, blame it on your IPP, her ISP, 

or the wacky wild web.


If you can get *exact* wording of the messages she receives, I might be 

able to help further.
