Chances are good this is a disk-related issue. Try using a RAM Disk to
host your browser cache, as well as allocating more memory to your
browser. Also be sure your disk is optimised (or at least defragged) so
that the preview (and all) files generated by Flash (and your browser if
not using a RAM Disk), are not so badly fragemented as to overtax your
Disk Cache Manager and drive heads.
Also see my previous post to Sarah about DT Rebuilding, in case you were
allso doing it improperly. A bad Desktop DB/DF or a corrupt or damaged
B-Tree can cause similar lockups when new preview files are created.
