According to MS at Macworld, they're saying "approximately 30 days". The
latest beta looks strong, isn't crashing at *all*, and is just putting on
finishing touches with the fluff features (according to beta testers).

It would not be unrealistic to see a release version on or about February
7, which just happens to coincide with Seybold; but if nit-picky problems
arise, MacWorld Tokyo is a week later on the 16th (not that MS really has
to tie it into any major event).

The only info I can't yet confirm is whether or not it will ship with the
latest F4 and QT 3 plugins, or if it will have an older versions in need
of upgrade. Hopefully they won't pull a Mozilla and ship F3 (as NC 4.7.1
still has bloody Stuffit 4.5 and Real Player 5).

Happy Friday, All
