Loaded movies can begin with a few blank frames, the last of which has a 

Stop action. Hence they will load up but stay invisible until TellTargeted 

to play. The only problem you will have is if you TellTarget them before 

they're available, in which case the action will produce no result. So you 

may not want to display a button for starting the second movie until it's 

actually loaded. This button could appear in the new movie using If Frame 

Is Loaded, or the second movie could tell the first movie to display it.
