hi all

anyone out there seen a more difnitive scrollbar tutorial hangin around?

i understand the scroll property but im looking for a tutorial on

bulding

that into the draggable sliding type scrollbar as seen in windows.  the

one in flash's advanced buttons doesn't have much for notation.
