Hi Marc,
Wouldn't it depend on how much of the screen real estate is involved in
the tornado effect. If it just needs to be in a small section I would
try doing it with action scripting the different objects to rotate. Use
incrementing and decrementing _x and _y locations. That's what I would
try first.
