Okay this is what I did. I clicked the submit button - modify - 

instances - actions 

On release

     load variables ("name, email,http,comments,to(this is where the 

form is send to the email address)

     Get URL http://www.??.?/cgi-bin/mail-a-form

           (variables: Send using Post)
