Export flash movie as you normally would then import the movie as swf.

The interactivity is a little more difficult. Course you can instruct 

Director to call a swf movie and the movie will play.

But getting the swf to talk to Lingo has limitations. There are very few 

Actionscript and Lingo commands that support this feature.

I believe Macromedia has those commands listed on their site, or perhaps 

someone on this list has them.
