Paul has a good article, but I'm not sure how he reached the conclusion
that you'd need Flash to show a SWF in a web page. SWF is SWF, and the
Flash Player can play any valid SWF file.
Heck, I'd wager you could write a simple SWF file in a hex editor and drop
it in your browser.... ;-)
Perhaps he meant that to use Flash 4's "Publish" feature to create the HTML
or JavaScript that some pages might want. I'm sure that by the time Adobe
gets around to exporting to SWF themselves that they'll find some way to
offer simple HTML to invoke the SWF.
(Sidenote: If you're using Adobe GoLive, please be sure to use Flash's
"Publish" HTML rather than the GoLive plugin icon... the OBJECT/EMBED
structure lets more of your site's visitors easily see the piece. More info
