If a core question is "Can I use particular JPEG compression in Flash 4?"
then yes, if you import a JPEG-compressed photo then you can tell Flash to
use the file's original compression rather than recompress it.
(Please remember, though, that resolution-dependent photographs are not
usually the main ingredient in a resizable vectorbased animation.)
