Hi Dave,
I think it would work better to have that 100 frame intro be a movie
clip instead of the first part of a scene. It is best to avoid using
scenes because you will have problems with tell targeting. If I
understand correctly, you want each of the 5 buttons to play the
intro, then go to new information. If you used one intro movie clip
within another movie clip, you could have 5 different movie clips each
starting with the same intro. This would give you one scene with just
a few frames and a navigation menu on the main timeline.
The result would be a smaller movie in size which will be easier to
edit and organize.
