Opening an swf with an URL offline is not possible. You should test
by simply fil in mymovie.swf in the geturl place. When you're ready to
upload than fill in the full url pad.
Try to open another movie in another frame is not somthing that will
work. Try load movie or target movie in an different level than the
movie with the button. Say this is on level0 you load the movie in
level1 than you will see the button. Load the movie in the same level
and the first movie unloads.

and another problem I am haveing is

Import png files, jpg files these will import without red square.
When you create a symbol of the imported bitmap leave the original in
the library.
Hopes this helpes
