In a nut shell you coordinate a "masking sound" (like a bang or something)
to happen right where the skip would be from the looped track to the single
instance of the same loop (cause you can fade out the single one...)

It takes a little playing around to get your animation to line up with the
skip and the masking sound.... but it isn't too bad.
