I believe this is because it is directly referencing a swf file and not a
HTML page. possible playing around with the Mime Types at server level will
fix this if you have to reffernce a swf and not a html page.
Also, if you click the skip in netscape you are able to continue .... So,
what I think is happening is that the skip button is a Load Movie
and the Center button to continue is a GetURL.... Might want to make both
of them a Load Movie:)

Happens to me to, netscape 4.6, IE 5.0 works fine.
