FLASH: why no QT output on NT?

Anyone have the problem where you try to output a file

as Quicktime, but you get the error message:

An error occurred because a required Quicktime

componenet could not be found.


I would like to output Quicktime movies through flash

on an IBM/NT . . . any tips?


If this does not work - how do most of you transfer a

Flash created file to video tape?  I sometimes crash

when making .avi, and no avids seem capable of taking

.avi.
