Also, programmers...uggghhh! I don't even want to get

started. But let me just say this, a programmer who

actually wants to share knowledge is like an oasis in

the desert! You should love them and feed them and

call them George. They are your best friend! (many of

them can be paid in dirty pics since they rarely get

out (sorry, had to go there LOL)).
