It does not mean no for the mac - here are the issues (straight from my head
of Streaming R&D) -
WMT in particular the asf (mp4) format cannot be embedded into a html page
for mac - it can however be played with a standalone player - therefore you
are required to generate some platform test script that redirects according
to OS.
Some of the functionality w- Mac is questionable due to the way that it
handles activeX controls so extra R&D is required. (Microsoft are attempting
to fix it as I write this)
We are using real player to cater for the Mac people out there.
As far as tutorials go - I have seen a couple around. I'll email later if I
find them. The technique is very similar with Flash, QT and WMT.
Hope this helps -
Arsis
P.S. I can give you further assistance if you are in Australia.
