Hi Erik,


Sounds as if you might do well to composite the teeth into one bitmap in 

Photoshop. After importing it into Flash, you could use masking to reveal 

the teeth individually or in groups.


As for creating hit areas, I would just trace over the teeth directly in 

Flash, create a solid fill for each tooth, and convert each fill to a 

button. Then edit each button so that the fill exists only in the Hit 

frame, and all other frames are empty. Now you have all the buttons already 

positioned where you need them. Use Flash4's Edit in Place feature to edit 

them right on the stage, including adding text rollovers or whatever else 

you need.
