FS Command ("allowscale", "false")
FS Command ("fullscreen", "true")
in the first frame.
Then, add a top layer and draw a filled black box much larger than the
stage. Punch out a hole the size of the stage and postion the black box with
the hole to show the stage.

I am creating a stand alone projector in flash that will be played off of a
cd-rom.
What I want is the movie (640 x 480) to be centered on the screen surrounded
by black. So If my monitor is set to 640x480 I see no black, just the movie.
However if my monitor is set to 1024x768, the movie is framed in the center
of screen and surrounded by black etc. This means that the movie would not
scale, it would always stay in 100% view.
I hope I am making some sense. If anyone knows of how to do this or can
point me in the right direction I would be extremely grateful.
