Yet the flash player is installed on the system, if so does it not suggest
something wrong with their system and not your web site.
By scaling do you mean the aspect ratio, so that if you have a background
image that fills the Browser and is in the correct proportion in both X and
Y axis at 800 by 600 yet if viewed and 1024 by 768 the image is stretched
along the Y axis, if so could be there screen resolution, are they using a
laptop?

It all seems a bit strange when you remember that it was working Ok until
you made a small change. Very odd. I do not think I can help but I can wish
you luck, let me know if you sort it out and what the problem was.
