Hiya Steve,
Draw a box, click paint fill toll, click color bar, goto bottom of color bar
and click on the
tiny color window at bottom. Window will pop up. Click gradient tab. You
should
see 2 color tabs. I think the default is white to the left, black to the
right. Click on
white tab then and change it to another color. YOu can do this by clicking on
the color bar
over the "change" tab. Drag black tab a little to the left. Change black to
the same color.
Now goto the "alpha" slider to the right and drag the slider indicator down to
what ever transparency
level you want. Click inside the box you drew and wala! You can change the
gradient from
radial to linear.
note: color tabs must be the same color for smooth color to transparency
effect. If the tabs are different
colors you with usually end up with an undesirable outcome.
