MIME being required to be set on the server is not just a Netscape
thing.
Only MSIE 3/4 Win 95/98/NT ActiveX enabled browsers do not require that
the MIME to be set on the server because they reference the MIME
information in the registry. All other browsers including other versions
of IE require the MIME to be set on the server.
