make a duplicate of your first scene (now you have four).
Scene 1 is the one with the audio.
Scene 2 & 3 are your other 2 scenes.
Scene 4 is the duplicate of your first without the audio.

After scene 4 put a frame action: "go to frame 1 of scene 2 and play"

no problem.
