If you're running Windows NT and Microsoft Internet Information Server you can use ASP(Active Server Pages) to connect to a MS Access or SQL server database. Free with the above server software.


Cold Fusion by Allaire is another tool you could use to create a connect to a database (Access, SQL, Oracle etc)

www.allaire.com, but it cost $1,000
