Problem buying Flash 3.0

Hi,


I'm based in the UK and I've been using the Flash 3 demo for the last

month. Well, it timed out last week so I decided to buy it and got the

necessary permission from by boss. As many of you probably know, if you

order Flash using the electronic order form, there is a discount of $30

dollars (269 as opposed to 299). What is more, if you buy it in the UK,

many retailers seem to be slightly confused about exchange rates ($1 =

�1 as opposed to the real rate, about $1.62 = �1) and I have been quoted

a sum closer to $500 here in the UK.


I faxed my order (boss worried about secure transactions) to Release

Software Corp. who handle the Macromedia retail bit. 24hrs later as I

had not received confirmation I refaxed them and also emailed MM

customer support. 24hrs later still I haven't received a reply from

either. Anyone else had problems? I really thought it would be a

question of obtaining an electronic key or being given a password for a

secure download area, but now I'm getting concerned and hacked off...
