Subject: | HTML & Backgrounds...<non-Flash related> Need Help! |

I need a definitive answer to this question about how
the two main browsers use background images.
If you have a problem visualizing this, please go to:

Picture a <TABLE> with the dimensions width=580 height=300
Standard size to fit entirely into a 640x480 screen in a browser.
I want to fill the entire <table> with a background image. The background
image would be like a water mark, and I could write text over top of
it, or place other images.
I've done this effect successfully using Microsoft IE.
(see the above link, using Microsoft IE to surf to it)
In Netscape, I'm at a total loss.
(see same above link, in Netscape. Blechhh.)
My only question is: How do I make the Netscape version look like
the IE version? I really need a solution, as this is a project for a client
I need done by the end of the week. I'm _there_ as far as IE is concerned,
but Netscape's giving me an ulcer!
Thanx so much. Help ;)
