Sounds like Bruce is using IE4, which supports fullscreen mode. Naoki,
check if your javascript window open has "fullscreen=1" in it. If it
does, that sets IE 4 to fullscreen mode. Users can hit F11 to exit or
ALT+TAB to switch to another program. They can also bump their mouse
against the top of the screen and a little taskbar will come down with
tools on it (like the close window "x").

It's probably easiest to have a note saying "IE 4 users: hit F11 to
exit" if you want to use IE 4 fullscreen.
