Hi Nigel,

my apologies, i was a little tired yesterday evening (and nervous 'cause i

couldn't find a solution to my problem).

Thanks for your solution, i had thought to a similar but (yes there is a

but) the great problem with flash is the impossibility to print and/or cut

and paste from the movie to another program (Word, or similar).

The second problem is that in most of the cases, i'll have 15+ checkboxes

(or choices) so too much combinations :-(

I posted on the flasher list a message with an url of a form which writes in

a new page. With some work, i think it will do the trick.
